I would like to thank everyone for all the wonderful feed back I received to my earlier posting. It was suggested by Titrator that I get a self-adjusting Respironics Remstar Auto w/C-Flex. Which I understand to be a high quality machine that would serve my needs well. Unfortunately, does anybody know of a compribale machine? Or one for less than the $750 price tag for the Respironics machine? Last night was brutal. This OSA has gotten completely out of hand. Thank you in advance for any advice and feedback.

Love my ResMed Spirit too which is almost the same price as the PB.
