Aussie Heated Hose

I ordered the heated hose from sleepzone.com on June 21 and have not received it nor have I heard anything from them. How long does it usually take to get it and is there any way to check the status of the order? Getting anxious, the rainout is driving me nuts!

That's unusual for them to not acknowledge an order quickly. You might want to email them to see if they even received your order.

I received a confirmation email from them within a couple days of placing my order. I would definately email them. They may not have received your order for some reason.

They were fantastic with me. Responses were very fast. I too would email them as if I remember correctly I received the hose within a week.

By the way it is brilliant!

Received email from sleepzone.com. Someone saw my post on this forum and notified them. Apparently they have sent me 2 emails regarding my order and I did not receive them. Hopefully everything is ok now. The problem appears to be on my end, not anything sleepzone.com has done. My thanks to whomever saw my post and notified them.
