A Flex M Series Respironics problem

So my therpist had some idea how to set up my M Series A Flex but he did not know about the settings.

I noticed on my C-Flex, after about 30 minutes, the setting would go from 4.0cm to 7cm since it was set that way for me.

However, on the Aflex, we set on 2 for the A Flex and 4cm, I have found that it does not move from 4cm, it just stays there. Is that suppose to happen? Also, we set it on Auto pilot after two hours, but I can not tell if it stays at the 4cm or if it adjusts through the night. Please assist.

Are you talking about the ramp feature? You can go into the settings menu and adjust this yourself.

4cm is pretty darned low. I would feel like I'm suffocating at that setting.

I have no idea if this is the ramp. I just know that on the old cpap it was set to go from 4cm to 7cm in 30 minutes. Is this ramp what this is?
