You are talking about converting a mask from a powered air purifying respirator to use for CPAP? If so, the mask is designed to maintain only enough positive pressure to ensure any leakage is outward. It would not supply therapeutic pressure for CPAP. Or perhaps I misunderstood the question.

there is nothing powered about it msa 200ls. it has two filters not needed covered by flap valve i inhalation port which in wish to eliminate and place a !" exhalation valve If i can find the right size. Hopefully someone can measure the outside diameter where it enters mask. my Activa and ultra mirage oracle are wrong size. I think respironics may fit but have given mine away so cannot tell.

To me this does not sound like a good idea.

It is not designed to work with a CPAP device and I would not to use it as a CPAP mask.

Keep in mind that our masks have calibrated "bleed holes" strategically placed in them to wash out our exhalled CO2. I'm sure you will be careful to not create any difficulty for yourself...
