Pollen

Post by Hurricane » Wed May 07, 2008 6:53 am

The pollen counts are at their highest here in the garden state of NJ, and just a reminder to those bothered by this happening, I find it useful to use my Sinus Rinse twice daily, shower before bed time, to eliminate taking pollen to bed with you. your hair does collect quite a bit of it.. keep the windows closed, cause all your doing is drawing it into your cpap machine, and directing it right into your sinuses. Is it worth all this extra care, heck yes , look at the beauty of nature and all its colors, A enjoyable spring to all.

Just came home from the EENT doctor with two prescriptions for allergy, Xyzal and Nasonex.
FEEL LIKE CRAP.
I just want to go back to sleep!

Hurricane,

Your a jinx I was fine this morning, but I went for a walk at lunch and my eyes are now burning. I guess it's time to call that young turk of a doctor of mine and ask him if he's going to talk to my ENT about giving me my nasal steroids back.

I went for a midnight swim in the pool, that sure helped, only thing bad is it is surrounded by trees, neighbor has a huge Juniper that just kills me, if I go near that tree I can't stop coughing, eyes just start watering, throat ceases shut, I have to get away from it in a hurry, yesterday I had to grab the bottle of Loratidine.

This is the worst year that I have ever seen for allergies.
someday science will catch up to what I'm saying...
