Using Encore Viewer and Infineer with Vista, problem with

card for the first time, and I had to restore my computer last night. I re installed everything and when i told it to get data from the card it says there is no data on the card? I have never had this happen, just looked at it 2 days ago and there is data all the way from January? Any ideas on what i did wrong. I installed Encore Viewer and then the USB drivers, and the lights do come on right, red before and green during read. ANy ideas at all? I have a new mask and want to see the leak rate.
