wrong size quattro mask

Post by twostepper » Thu Mar 06, 2008 4:03 pm

i was fitted for a quattro ff mask, in nov,/07, dme said i needed a small. so he ordered that for me and i went to get it, it was too big on me and the cuhion came way over into the corners of my eyes, been struggling with it every day, i finally got out my receipt and saw they put down i received a small, but they gave me a medium, no wondrer it did not fit, now i have to wait 3 more months for a small, no fault of mine, would i be able to order a small cushion and frame?, would those sizes fit my medium?, also how often can i get replacement parts, and what is available to me after 3 months?i tried to find when we can get supplies, could not find it!, dme does not return my calls, i havent been too persistent as i was in a bad auto accident, on 12/10/ 07, doing better now, god bless, two stepper

check out cpap.com for replacement parts. You can get a new clip and cushion in the correct size without getting a whole new mask.

Good luck,

No, it won't fit.

The hard plastic shell of the Quattro is a different size for the different size masks. It's not just the cushion that is different.

Hi twostepper,
I have a small quattro which i realized is to small. I got on the resmed site and downloaded the quattro template to measure and it looks like i need a medium. If your interested in swapping i will swap with you. I have tried it probably at least 5 times. If your interested email me at sososleepy@yahoo.com. Thanks, Sososleepy
