Shhhhh...don't mention my selling price to Den though!!!!
Hmmmmm....wonder if I can list it on sell.com? Can you send me pics Den?
btw - which ocean is this Wyoming property on? I might be interested in it.
Yes pictures and utilities need to be available - can't run online auctions without power, let alone have a working "NEW" 10 year old cpap without a cord.

It's that same ocean out there by South Dakota and Montana--you know the one I'm talking about...I can't think of the name of it though.
I don't know about electricity...let me know when youcome up with a power cord for that new 10 year old CPAP, and I'll look into electricity

Shoooooot.......we've got enough WIND out here (from the ocean breezes) to run wind generators 24/7/365......
They've even got a river out here called the Wind River.
The ocean? Well......um......let's see....the Snake River (starts in Yellowstone Park) runs into the Columbia River.....and that feeds into the Pacific Ocean. Think of all that riverbank land as part of the Pacific's oceanfront property. There's the Yellowstone river that eventually flows into the Missouri and then the Mississippi. And, then there's the North Platte river which flows into Nebraska and then the Missouri. And, last, but not least is the Green River which flows into the Colorado......which eventually "trickles" out into a little puddle SOMEWHERE.

Yeah, but I think Ted Turner has that land around it all locked up.

Actually, it comes out in the Gulf of California. Some years ago, I saw a show on TV about the Colorado River and they showed where it comes out.....and it WAS just a trickle. All the water is being used for irrigation and diverted everywhere along the way.
But, yes, I heard that they were letting some "natural flooding" occur.....which they do periodically.

I am confused on which side of the continental divide this ocean front property is on as you have water emptying into all kinds of bodies of water.
I understand that the Montana Idaho state line was the continental divide in the olden days, but this is confusing me now.
Perhaps you can enlighten this feeble, uneducated mind.

so you see Jules...it's not clearly defined where this oceanfront property in Wyoming is...
kind of like a new 10 year old CPAP with no pwer cord...
it's all clear as mud!!

This is mud not sand?
This is so confusing. No logic in all of this.

Sand? Ya gotta bring your own.
You're going to have to sort it out in your sleep tonight......cause I'm heading to slumberland and listen to the ocean's roar. (about 12 cm. worth)
Nite all.

Ah, I got my own sand if you count what is in litter boxes, let alone the sand box in the yard.
I will be listening to the ocean too - the pacific - I can hear it in the summer with the windows open even over the cpap since the somnoplus is SO quiet.
I need to know how much of a tsunami threat there is on the ocean in Wyoming as it is REAL here.
And how do the winds compare to the 126 mph gusts we had on Dec. 2 and 3?
Inquiring minds want to KNOW.

Well--that is what happens when you buy ocean front property in Wyoming--it all becomes very befuddled!!
You know befuddled is that feeling you get when you use your CPAP with no power cord!!

Not much Tsunami threat unless you run your cpap at full blast of 20 with out attaching the mask to the hose
So since there is no cord, I can't reset the machine to 20, so I am SAFE !!!
Oh, all this logic is over my head.
