encore smartcard reader not reading last nights therapy.

I can see the info on the machine screen but when i put the smartcard in the reader there isn't any data from last night. Any ideas what could be going on? I checked all connections and everything is good.Thanks, sososleepy

I have just been using the smart card, reader and software with my M Series Auto since Feb. 20. I have missed a couple of days of data. I asked here and the experienced tell me it is a "glitch" in the M Series machines. A couple of times a month or so it does not tranfer daily data to the smart card. It appears it is something we have to live with!

First be sure your card was inserted correctly - most of us have forgotten to re-insert the card before.

If that's not it read on -
Missing Data

Maybe you can help us find out what exactly is causing this problem?
