Been Awhile (Newbies don't give up!)

Post by MRH » Mon Feb 25, 2008 8:10 am

I thought I would check in since it has been a while since I have posted. It is just coming up on a year since I started this sleep apnea stuff. I am finally where things are working pretty good. I have been running around 3 to 4 for a AHi for the last several months, but still tweaking to get better. Last night I had my lowest yet a 1.7 ahi For all you newbies don't give up and listen to the advice given here, there are lots of very smart helpful people!!! When they talk about leak rates helping listen, they really make a differenc. That seems to be the hardest thing for me to keep right. Lots of variables, I ate late and had a few beers the other night.... That night was a 5.3 ahi. So this a very big thanks for all who have gave me advice, and to all the newbies it can be done just keep at it.

Hello Mark! That's great to hear, and encouraging for other newbies, many/most of whom get discouraged at the beginning. Thanks for posting this!
