Respironics Response Re Lost DATA

Spotty's sig says he has the Respironics M Series Auto w/C-Flex machine.

Spotty, can you tell others how to access that Error Message you got and quoted in your above post? It would help if others could access the Error Message on their M Series devices.

Spotty's error message is NOT caused by the Missing Data Error.

The Missing Data Error does NOT generate any error message.

In fact, many may have this error but simply NOT be aware of it - UNLESS they
1. download daily
2. Request & look at the FULL details of their report
3. Actually pay attention to these reports.

So many may in fact have may an M series (mine is 500M) - have this problem
- but NOT be aware of the problem.

ps. I am told the Resmeds do NOT have this problem.

Yer right, GumbyCT. I've downloaded almost daily, never more than 5 days w/o downloading since 06 Jan 06 and have never had any missing data w/my Resmed S8 Elite. I haven't used my Resmed S8 AutoSet Vantage all that much but have used it for more than 5 days at a time and have had no missing data.

Respronics Classic Tanks don't have this problem either! So what did Respronics change between the Tank and the "M" besides the size. Inquiring mind want to know!
Can't handle Resmads heavy handed pricing policy or there EPR not working in auto. Sorry

Yep, Jerry, same for me--I just could not do without the EPR in auto mode. That single difference in features was the basis for my decision to purchase the M Series.

I've only been using this machine since 1 -24, but same thing happened to me on 2/1. Compliance data there, details not.
