Second Anniversary
Second Anniversary
Gee...missed my second anniversary Saturday. 5119 hours. 100% compliant during sleep-do have some nights of insomnia when I just took the mask off and played computer solitaire. Still some complaints but overall sleeping better and feeling better.
Faced with the choice between changing one's mind and proving that there is no need to do so, almost everyone gets busy on the proof.....Galbraith's Law
Happy anniversary, Kay.
Solitaire (pre-CPAP) was one thing on a computer that would put me to sleep almost instantaneously.
Wishing you many, many more.

Second anniversary
Well, Kay, this lifestyle must have become reasonably "normal" for you to miss your anniversary. Otherwise you'd have been saying "I've been doing this for 11 months, three weeks, and 6 nights - Can't believe tonight I'll have been suffering for two years!"
Congrats on 2 years (and compliant ones at that!), and thanks for your always insightful input here on the forum.
Kathy

Actually still working-in unexpectedly long process of trying to get Medicare & insurance to pay for BiPAP. Can't tell if Apria is trying to help assure I get it or not.
And I've add puzzles, crossword puzzles, Kandoodles, beading, reading recipe books, meditation, midnight cpaptalk, listening to the owls talk to each other, and SOLOing my TFI system (from Dr Krakow's book) to my insommanical activities.
