			Anyone know what the
green 'F' means next to Saturday on the below compliance chart from Encore Pro?
As you can see, it has been a little rough getting use to the CPAP world for me. Last night I just lay awake for almost 4 hours and finally gave up. I believe the sound of my breathing is keeping me awake. Need to find a solution to this.
Note the very thin green line early (around 7:30pm) on Saturday. My 13yr old daughter wanted to try it on to see what Daddy had to do each night.

I think that's the "When the Green FOSQ Symbol appears beside the usage time, this indicates that a Functional Outcomes of Sleep Questionnaire (FOSQ) was entered." If you pushed that button on your machine even accidentally, then it thinks you used that "questionnaire" feature.

			I don't know. I don't think I have ever gotten or seen a Green F before.

			Hi Engrdad,
Have you thought about asking your doc for Ambien, just to get you over the hump in the process? It might help.

Hi Suz-E-Q...
My doctor gave me ambien with 5 refills when I returned to the states last May. I asked her if it was addictive and she said not to worry about it. She just called in another 6 months worth a couple of weeks ago. I tried to sleep without it about a month ago and could not. Hoping that after I get used to the CPAP that I may be able to get off of it. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion.
