Differences between nasal gels?

Post by Spinfall » Fri Dec 21, 2007 9:22 am

I currently use Ayr and I have noticed that there are other brands out there, looking at the ingredients, there are some differences. Is it really any difference? I want something that has no scent and I like Ayr, but I was trying to save some money.

I don't know specifically about the differences. My sleep doc recommended KY gel and I found a bottle of the CVS brand that should last me well over a year for under $10. Work well!

DID YOUR DR. SPECIFY THE BOTTLE RATHER THAN THE TUBE? maybe there is a difference.

I use a glob of Lansinoh lanolin (for breastfeeding moms) on my nares every night. Works great....helps seal. After using the stuff for over a year, I've got the softest nares one could ever hope to have!
