Merry Christmas thank you.
Merry Christmas thank you.
I want to thank everyone on this forum for your help this past year when I started CPAP. Everyone has been kind, some have been literal lifesavers with advice and support above and beyond. You know who you are. I've said this before, but it bears repeating--- without this group I would be non-compliant and suffering from high blood pressure and all the other stuff that has since improved dramatically. (I no longer have to take BP meds.My avg BP is 115/70 w/o medication) A thank you and Merry Christmas don't seem nearly enough but, from the bottom of my heart to all of you---THANK YOU. AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!
MERRY CHRISTMAS to you too, ThiMarine. And I'll join you in wishing everyone here in the forum a Merry Christmas - and - offering each and everyone in this forum a big THANK YOU too for the advice, the suggestions, the support, the questions, the replies, the empathy, the sympathy, the chidings and the encouragement.

Well I just joined the forum so I don't really know a lot of people but I can see why it is appreciated. It's great because we can all relate to our experiences and although I don't know you, I'm happy to see that your health is improving because we all have health problems due to apnea and I think it's great that a simple treatment (simple doesn't mean easy ) like xPAP can do wonders and do not ask for a surgery or more pills.
Merry Christmas to you also, even though I haven't really contributed here a lot, yet...

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to our host, Johnny and his friends and to all the great members we have here.
My wife and 2 friends still use the suggestions from RG on BiFlex. So many others help us all, it is hard to remember all the names, besides, I am on morphine so I have an excuse.
Best wishes to all and may all of you sleep well each night.

For me, I can't believe it's been nearly a year since I found this new family.
I found you all before I started my treatment and it was a godsend as I was well versed before my titration and visits with the doc and this group was instrumental in my being smart enough to ask for and insist on my machine, masks etc.....
Thank you all!!!!!!
Merry Christmas to all you and yours!!!!!!
cheers

Wars arise from a failure to understand one another's humanness. Instead of summit meetings, why not have families meet for a picnic and get to know each other while the children play together?

I love my little "sleeping box!"

Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays and a healthy 2008 to all of you!
I've been on xPAP just over 1000 hours and know that I couldn't have made it this far without lots of help on this forum. I suspect my experiences have been somewhat in the middle - not as bad as some have had and not as good as others. It's a work-in-progress and I'm happy to say that I've been able to reduce my antidepressants by almost half, I'm off sleeping pills and have cut my sedatives in half. And, most important, I'm feeling better than I have in years.
So, a *huge* THANK YOU to all!
Mindy
