Hello All!

I also work as a call auditor. Today I was working on a call. The customer was on hold for a long time. He started snoring and then he stopped for about 30sec and then grunted. Wow, an apnea. Now I've heard it all! People in general hear that saying "Your call is being monitored for quality purposes." and go about their business anyways!
