I love my DME NOT!!!!

I have had my CPAP for over 90 days now, every week for the couple months I have called to get supplies. I was told every time that the company I was using was merging with a new company and that new company would call me..Nope, never happened. I kept calling and calling 2-3 times a week and was assured that someone would call me.

I finally got mad and ran the whole situation by my Navy Doctor and she got on the phone and made some calls..Guess what? I FINALLY got a call from the new company and they will be sending me a new mask and new supplies every 3 months. With my insurance I can have a new mask every 3 months which is fine..

I am expecting UPS tomorrow with my supplies..

I've been on the HOSE for a about a month & 1/2, I think and I hope I don't have to experience anything like that. I am so glad to hear your Doctor got the problem RESOLVED!

Yeah, I was told I would get a new hose every 30 days new cushions for the mask every 30 days and every 3 months a new mask, of course new filters..I will just keep a stash of all the hoses, and other stuff. We live full-time in our RV so I will just place the extras under the bed in a box.

This new company has shown me how prompt they are and your right, it would be good to have extras just in case they do something like lose my file

My supplies came today and they sent me the wrong filters as well as the wrong mask ( the F&P 407) along with 6 Foam & Seal kits for the mask..When I called to tell them their mistake they told me to throw away the filter and the mask and the mask parts and they will send me the right mask and filters..


THROW THE STUFF AWAY?!?! ARE THEY OUT OF THEIR MINDS?!?!

I was also told that they will not bill my insurance for the correct filters and the mask...

I cannot believe for the price of the stuff that they wouldn't send me a return label to send the mask and mask parts back

Your probably right, but I haven't opened the box to the new mask or the other parts.

I may just try to sell them to see if I make back part of my co-pay
