I enjoy a glass of wine, beer or cider of an evening and do only have one glass.
The interesting thing that I noticed was that my AHI is twice as high with beer or cider as it is with wine.
In fact the wine does not affect seem to affect it at all. My AHI (with XPAP) is about 0.8 normally and after beer and cider it is about 1.6.
Has anyone else noticed anything similar.

WHOA! Are you looking for a "lab rat" award for that one???tuna wrote:Saturday night I drank a 32oz glass of home brewed beer at bed time and my AHI jumped to 22.0 from 2.7!!
Incidentally, for about a year or so, I've been using a couple of sips of grape juice before going to bed to kind of clean out my throat before hosing up. It leaves a good, clean taste in my mouth.
