"Because cpap masks, humidifiers, etc. are purchased outright by myself and other consumers... without prescriptions... we have the right to do what we want with them. We do not sign agreements with Resmed, Respironics or others to "not re-sell" their non-prescription products. It would appear that eBay is being pressured by these manufacturers to disallow such auctions. It is your company, and you have the right to your own policies, but I still believe it is my right to sell non-prescription cpap accessories to people who want to purchase them."
Anything else I should have added?

I add this comment:
Suggest that eBay do not pick and choose. Many CPAP sellers are able to get more than 1000 CPAP sales recorded - selling masks while the small sellers juts try to sell one and get immediately removed

Well all I can say is that I will no longer purchase anything from eBay and my reasoning follows their "pick and choose" policy.Suggest that eBay do not pick and choose
As a newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic, I looked at their listings. They do not seem to mind that glucose meter supplies are sold even though they also are "regulated". Worse are people that even admit in the discription of the item that a "pharmacy label removal" caused some tearing of the packaging.
Lots of "not for resale" branded software.
Do not get me started on their revised "gun parts" policy.
the real sad thing here is Ebay now has directors residing on the board of directors for craigslist, which has always been better than ebay (in my opinion) besides being a free to place to place your non-commerical ad. I've sold more things on it than any other site.
should ebay add more directors to craigslist's board, we could see another commerce site go by the wayside as a result of ebayborg like they did with yahoo auctions.
I have never sold anything on ebay, but I use PayPal for handling payments of items I have sold where non-local buyers were involved.

someday science will catch up to what I'm saying...

agree
allowing those who are commercial, selling frequently in high volume while disallowing small seller selling 1 per year is a selective policy...
why not "pick and choose" but do it in reverse, disallow the big traders and allow the small ones?
But then, revenue is lost ... in the end it is $$$$ not consumer protection
