Holy cow. 8 hours of sleep for the first time in YEARS
Holy cow. 8 hours of sleep for the first time in YEARS
I just finished my first week on CPAP.
I actually overslept this morning. I'm ususally up an hour or more before I need to be.
I haven't slept 8 hours in longer than I can remember.
This is cool!

Congratulations. It's nice, isn't it? Hope it continues.

It took me a month or longer to get my eight hours at one time. It is very refreshing and a worthwhile accomplishment. Some nights just do not go off right and I can't seem to get anything to work or feel right. Other nights anything I put on works like a charm. Is it the attitude that makes the difference? All other things seem to remain the same. Keep on keeping on.....jim
I slept until, ...gulp, 8:30am this morning.
I don't remember the last time the sun was up before me.
I woke up slighty confused and wondering what day it was and if I had taken an afternoon nap or something.
This is awesome! I've already mowed the grass, been to Home Depot, and done some carpentry work on a bathroom I'm remodeling, and I still have energy.
Thanks for the support!

Welcome back to the land of the living!
ps That initial "energy rush" does usually tail off a bit. Enjoy it while it lasts!
