New to Forum - Need Help

Post by mwlahan » Wed Aug 22, 2007 1:56 pm

Hi - I am new to the forum and recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. Can anyone recommend a comfortable chin strap? I'm presently using a nasal pillow type mask. Also, which is the better mask strap pad - snuggleguard or padacheek? Where is the best place to order these accessories?

Thank you in advance.

Hi, they do not work too well for me so I tape my mouth. also you might try a soft stretchy strap, or panty hose strip, tied round your mask to help to
steady it if that is also a problem which causes leaks for you. Since stabilizing mine this way I have less leaks. good luck.
