just to add, most of the instructions - while appropriate for version 1.6 and 1.7 are not relevant to 1.8
The 1.8 installation just run exactly out of the box - without all those Firewalll problems as described in 1.6 ...
The only thing that will create difficulty is the card reader installation
However if you follow the thread on 1.8 - you will have no problem too
Isnatll the card only after you finish installation of Encore
Just make sure you throw away the CD from Marko
use the driver from the Encore CD

Thanks for letting me know, oceanpearl. Sorry 'bout that.oceanpearl wrote:Many of the links listed here are dead links.
I've lost track of what works and what doesn't in that lonnnngggg topic. It's like a big closet with too much stuff shoved in it over the years. I'd have to really be in the mood to tackle cleaning that particular closet. The mood just hasn't hit me yet...and may not ever.
I hope there are enough live things in it to make it useful if someone with an Encore Pro problem is willing to open that door and wade into it. It's a mess, I know.

This should be a sticky thread- good work rested gal, and thanks for all the info posted in one spot- will make thigns much easier to find if I ever decide to take hte plunge into the bottomless pit of smart card reader Hades lol. Would like ot have the info from smart card, but have really been putting it off for a couple of reasons- don't know why they have to make it so difficult and cost prohibitive when all we want to know is if our machines are helping us or not- no fun being in the dark about somethign like sleep apnea that could kill ya if not treated properly
Sure I backed over the Vampire Officer, But I swear I never saw him in my rearview mirror
RG, slightly off topic, how do you manage to compile these links? Do you do religious searches, or just save them as soon as they appear? Or both? Or...
You remind me so much of a gal on another forum who compiled a webpage of incredible links to that forum. You really need an official RG web page all your own.
Johnny? Can you host RG's own webpage?
RG - YOU'RE AN AMAZING WOMAN!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DOING ALL THIS WORK!!!!!
Giant Grateful Hug,
Barbara

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula.

I refer to RG's links when I work on a page in the Sleep Apnea Wiki .Babette wrote:You really need an official RG web page all your own.
I would love to see a page in it devoted to her link collections.
Anybody want to work on it?

All you have to do is "Search", John. They're there.....and she already did the work for you.
Rested Gal's links to "EVERYTHING"..... (that is, assuming it's up to date)
