Yes! It includes every part you need. That is where I got mine and the shipping was fast too.

Pretty please, tell me where you got it : ) It would be great to quiet it down and by conversion do you mean able to wear it up the middle versus over to one side?

I didn't find a "conversion" kit, but I did find an "upgrade" kit.

It has end "caps", "pillow sleeve", and "frame clip". Unless I'm missing something, these are the same pieces that come with the set so are neither a conversion or an upgrade to the original equipment. Hummm,??? Perhaps it's an upgrade to new for worn out pieces?

This will convert a swift I to swift II. It has all the parts necessary and comes in a sealed bag that says resmed on it. I don't know why it is so much cheaper than cpap.com. Maybe they happened to make a big order and get a good price from resmed, I have no idea. This shipping to me was $6 or 7.

The parts are completely diff than swift 1, by the way, except for the tube and endcap. Everything else is replaced because the exhalation ports are in a diff place.

It is a complete set, that will replace yr old Swift set... you need only the old headgear

I have only used Swift 1 & Swift II, I had terrible problems from runny nose until I realized that my humidifier wasn't reliable and fixed that, now I have almost recovered and for the first time in 9 months am not reching constantly for the tissue box..
Sometimes I get confused by terminology is Swift really called nasal prong mask rather than a nasal pillow?
I think I am getting better at inserting the prongs of the Swift, but I sometimes get high leaks and sometimes low leaks. Should I be using a different size ? I don't think I am mouth breathing, because if I did my leaks would be higher than .6 or .7 which is about as high as mine go.

Thanks for your reviews and information on the swit II update kit. I love the swift 1 I have, but the exhale noise drives my wife nuts. I ordered the II upgrade kit and it should please my wife.

when i first tried the swift, i was still a dedicated back-sleeper (upon recommendation from my chiropractor), and at first it worked fine and was infinitely preferrable to a nasal mask...one of the recommendations from my sleep doc was to avoid supine sleeping, so i went back to my much preferred side sleeping, and this is when i began to hate the swift...the barrel that the pillows fit into was too wide and would get bumped by my pillow and dislodge the nasal pillows...i've read over the cpap.com description of the swift II and couldn't see if this was one of the tweaks...is the barrel on the new one shorter? this would make all the difference to me...and what other changes have they made to make this interface better? (i've read all the posts on this thread but i can't get a feel for the changes other than that it is quieter --sorry if i'm being dense)

Sharon, the major change is the exhalation ports are in a different place with a slightly different design to make it quieter. The ports are on the hard "shell" part instead of the soft silicon part, which maybe is why it is quieter, I don't know. Otherwise the design is similar size and shape. The main diff is the sound.
