Pat,
In another thread you mention the new "low flow vent" of the "new" Hybrid mask. Is there another revision of the Hybrid mask by Innomed? If so, how can I tell the difference when my RT brings it?
New Hybrid head gear, NOT

Since I have both masks, I can tell the difference. The vent holes in the new "adaptive flow" model are slightly smaller than in the original mask. This is the only difference I can detect.
I hope someone has a better answer for this. If I were only looking at one mask, I would not be able to say whether it was the original or the newer model.

Here is my experience:
I sent this email:'customerservice@mergenetsolutions.com'
Got the new headgear today. Looks much sturdier and the velcro is more secure. Also from a cursory try-on it seems to make the hybrid fit better. I'll be curious to try it again tonight. Been using my optilife the last two nights. Perhaps this will improve the hybrid for me.
Anyway, if you tried before, you might try again.

Got this reply:Hi, I have a hybrid mask and I LOVE IT. But I don’t care for the headgear as much. I read online that you might replace the headgear if it is the “old” style. My headgear is black inside and out and the velcro isn’t sticking very well. Can you send me the new headgear? Thank you so much! My address followed.
