New Bravo came
New Bravo came
It was waiting at my door when I got home from work yesterday.
I couldn't wait to try it on.
So, my newest addition:
It comes in a big bright yellow box. Inside are the following:
A nice yellow canvas bag just like the Hybrid bag,
The Bravo nasal pillow mask,
And, two extra pillow sets so I have three sets in all, small, medium and large.
The pillows do not have the additional tier like the Hybrid pillows, but they are just as soft and made from the same silicone of soft texture ( I don't know how to describe it except to say that other then the extra tier the Hybrid pillows have to make the pillows higher, the Bravo pillows are identical to the Hybrid pillows. Same shape and all, even down to the little attachment you can cut with a scissor if your nose is droopy in the middle or you have two different size nostrils.
The cannula base is curved (like the Comfort Curve mask but small, fitting just perfect under the nose, nice and snug) and is attached at each end with a swivel like attachment that allows the Swift like headgear to attach to the head. I found the Bravo headgear to be more comfortable than my Swift. To be fair, It may be the fact that the Bravo is easier to take on and off than my Swift and Nasal-Aire II that makes me prefer it to the Nasal-Aire II. The headgear comes with removable loops that can be put anywhere on the headgear to style the hoses anywhere you want. I found once I found my favorite spot, I could slide my mask on and off in 3 seconds. It works just like the swift with the buckle on top of the head to tighten.
I like a mask that allows me to sleep on my side and my stomach. Side sleeping is a breeze (I would say the curve around under the nose holds eveything in place well) and stomach sleeping was OK , too. Overall, I was very comfortable because nothing dug into my face and the pillows hold perfectly in place without the pressure of my nose being pushed up.
I only woke up with a leak once and it was a mouth leak which is something I would need to deal with if I go off my beloved Hybrid for any length of time.
As far as noise, I would say it's somewhere between my swift II and my older breeze mask. The Bravo is a very easy mask to breathe out of, so my pressure was no problem for this mask.
Also, above all , the little mask looks very good on me, if I might say so myself. I'm so surprised the mask only cost me 92.00. I have paid so much more for masks that were'nt half the quality of this one.

Forgot to add ... "ask your doctor if the Bravo is right for you". An infomercial may have been less obvious.
Side effects include possible leaks, skin irritation, noise, a dent in your wallet, mild depreesion, etc. etc.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
Aren't we a paranoid bunch? I checked out his profile and he looks legit to me so I will take what he says about the Bravo into consideration.
I can't always buy the masks I read about and have an interest in but it does help to get first hand information.
Let me know how you like it after two weeks ok?

Re: New Bravo came
Is the exhaust air flow less like the Swift II or is it comparable to the original Swift? I read some posts that the Swift II has an issue with the CO2 flush out. Before shelling out $$ for the Bravo, I want to make sure the Bravo doesn't have that problem.Anonymous wrote:As far as noise, I would say it's somewhere between my swift II and my older breeze mask.
