Moby,
I do grind my teeth at night that was the reason for the night guard because I have actually cracked one tooth by grinding at night. My husband would sometimes wake me up because I was grinding my teeth and sometimes to get me to stop snoring. He says he can never win with me.
But since being on cpap it has been a much more enjoyable sleeping experience because I don't have him waking me up to move to stop snoring or whatever else I did in my sleep before cpap.

Went to the dentist today!
She was actually unaware of what cpap really was. She said she had heard of it!
She thinks that I am grinding my teeth again, and warned me about not wearing my guard at night.
