You need get a hold of one of those Pur-Sleep diffusers and attach it to your rear ... that should help mitigate the smell (I like the tangerine-lime scent ). Some Ted Nugent played at high volume will take care of any unpleasant sounds (just be careful cuz it may cause your ears to ring).

Don't have any suggestions for your lower left pains
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

Gee, thanks for sharing!

Honestly though, EVERYONE has gas develop in their digestive tract and has to pass it. This, as you have noted, is an important function.

In some cultures, it is considered to be acceptable--so why are we all so weird about it in this country?

That said, it was always interesting to teach physical education on the day after weenies and baked beans were served for lunch. It was best to avoid a lot of jumping.

BTW, anyone else remember that "fart" used to be a word that was enough to get one kicked out of class and sent to the principal's office? It does have 4 letters...

I can't believe I'm posting on a fart post. I will admit I am laughing at this one:

At my age, I can rip 'em, but I can't trust 'em.

What was that movie where the guy called that a "shart"

OK, boldly going where angels fear to tread..
While tweaking my settings on my APAP, I "discovered" aerophagia. Unfortunately, a previous surgery to prevent GERD has left me unable to burp, and as a result the only way to rid myself of the excess gas was, well, annoying as hell.

It's a good think my wife really loves me.

As to rating your degree of stink, I'll pass on that topic completely.

Good Luck,

To be a complete killjoy, most farts are swallowed air. If your fart volume increased on CPAP, you're probably getting mild aerophagia. Not that that's a problem unless it's causing you discomfort, just something to know and file away in the back of your head in case it becomes an issue later.

What a timely topic,
I had an extraordinarily ah....musical night and morning. I think the process involved the "Philly Cheese Steak" sandwich for lunch yesterday and the big bowl of Kashi cereal last night before bed. Anyway, even the cat avoided the bed last night. I'm sorry to report that the lower and filtered characteristics of the APAP were ineffective in eliminating the worst effects. Happily it seems to be finished for the day.

If you put an open container of Vicks Vapo Rub by the air intake of the machine, it works wonders! Not that I would need such a remedy....

My sorta-ex boyfriend (ever have one of those relationships that just won't die?) was really really amused by my ability to wet the bed or couch when tickled. He really liked to tickle me until there was need to do laundry.

You think farting's a problem? Try living with someone who makes you pee all over the place.

Cheers,
B.
