Sorry... I'm just laughing right now... Does this article teach you how to stab your husband in his sleep?

Sorry... Okay, I'll try to be serious and read the article. My mother prefers Option A - smothering her husband (or me, her daughter) with a pillow.

I love number 5: Avoid Sleep Deprivation

According to the article sleep deprivation worsens sleep apnea. Funny, the reason I am sleep deprived is because of sleep apnea, not the other way around
