CPAP now blowing warmer air.
CPAP now blowing warmer air.
I'd been off my machine for a few days. (Bad cold, clogged nose) I jumped back on it the other day and noticed that the air is more warmer than I recall it being from the previous time I used the CPAP. I remember before enjoying the cool breeze. Now it seems to be blowing warmer air.
I check the humidifier setting (3) and it has not changed.
The only thing that I can think of is that I moved to this apartment about a month ago and I've been off and on the CPAP since. This apartment has a heater that works and actually heats the apartment.
Is the air getting warmer normal for a CPAP or is there something else going on?

I think you answered your own question just before you asked it ...snorin747 wrote:The only thing that I can think of is that I moved to this apartment about a month ago and I've been off and on the CPAP since. This apartment has a heater that works and actually heats the apartment.

President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.
On the other hand, you did report Tuesday that you smell something burning. So, I think if you put out that fire, the warm air and the burnt odor may both go away.

Make sure there is plenty of room for air to circulate around your xPAP....I had one overheat because stuff moved/slide around preventing airflow during hot weather. It was fine once I rearranged stuff on my bedside stand and had let the machine cool down. And yeah, hotter then normal air was one of the symptoms...plus the machine was warmer to the touch then normal.
April? Fooled me, it's 40 outside.
Negative on the KFC. Can no longer eat there since they started serving fish. Severe fish allergies. One thing I miss no longer living in the South is the Buffalo's. ...and a waffle house on every corner.
Plenty of room near the CPAP... Have a flash light laying near it, will move that.
Did check the filter... oops... changed the little white filter.
Machine feels warm to the touch, more of a electronics warm than anything else.
I'll see how changing the filter works.
Thanks you.
