Well, someone on this forum warned me about it Ever since I have been feeling so good my "honey do" list has gotten much more physically demanding!
Between painting, gardening and moving furniture around my back is killing me! It feels great to have the energy to do those things again.
I am back in the gym also.

Jack
I hear what yo're saying. Thinking I have to play catch up with all these unfinished project is not helpful. Glad you are feeling so much better and keep up the good work and the gym.
