I am very skeptical of this study. Note that the improvement was only in "centrals" (They selected patients who were classified as suffering from central sleep apnea not osa). In fact, if you do the math, you can conclude that obstructive sleep apnea events increased:sleepyWI wrote:it appears that Ambien is good for you after all!
