Getting a new CPAP

So I'm switching DME's because of Health Ccverage and am gettting a new machine. Resmed S8 Vantage.
I have read reviews and it is a tiny machine,(APAP) I would like to here thought s about it on the boards. I am switching over from the Remstar Pro 2 fo rthe Resmed Vantage.

The only thing I'd mention is that if you've been using (and liking) the C-Flex feature with your Respironics REMstar Pro 2, and if you're planning to use the Vantage in APAP mode, it's important to know that the Vantage's EPR exhalation relief cannot be turned on in APAP mode. EPR in resmed machines works only in straight cpap mode.

Another small autopap you might want to consider is the Respironics Auto "M" series. You'd be able to use its C-Flex while operating the machine in any mode, including auto.

Swapped my never used Vantage for the Auto M series you suggested, thx Rested Gal !!!
