Sleep apnea symptoms
Sleep apnea symptoms
Has anyone ever experienced symptoms such as balance disorders, near syncope or syncope, puff and dry eyes before being treated for sleep apnea?
Nighttime oxygen deprivation can cause all sorts of problems, including vertigo. Read this article for more information: cpaptalk-articles/sleep-apnea-prevalenc ... enemy.html
I'd suggest that you take the Berlin Questionnaire and see how you score it out--it has an 89% positive predictive value for people scoring at "high risk." Here's a link: http://www.pur-sleep.com/uploads/Berlin ... nnaire.pdf
Good Luck!

dizzy
That's a great big YES for me on the dizzy.
"easily disturbed sense of balance" was what I told my Dr.
Example:
I went through a car wash and when the side brushes started moving around me I got so dizzy I had to cover my eyes.
My full list of complaints is posted under COULD YOU OR A LOVED ONE HAVE SLEEP APNEA?
Good luck***

Today I bent the truth to be kind, and I have no regrets; for I am far surer of what is kind, than I am of what is true.
Cpap side effects
I had my Spap titration done at the sleep center last night and have experienced pressure in my eyes and off balance since I woke up. Is this what I have to look forward to using this machine every night or will my body adjust to it?
