Hi everyone, im new here, but i’ve been using CPAP for a while now and overall it’s working pretty well, but I still sometimes feel like my nasal passages are a bit restricted, especially on nights when allergies are acting up.
I’ve seen people mention nasal strips helping with airflow. Anyone tried the nasal strips like breathe right? They're all around pharmacies where i live.
Has anyone here tried nasal strips with CPAP?
Did they actually make breathing easier or improve comfort at all?
Curious if it’s worth experimenting with or if it doesn’t really make a difference when you’re already using CPAP.
Thanks!
Anyone here tried nasal strips (like Nelamant Air/Breathe Right) together with CPAP?

I use an Intake Breathing Band, which is a serious upgrade from Breathe Right. You can get 20% off the Starter Pack: https://www.intakebreathing.com/?ref=MATTHEW516953160.
