Trouble waking up wide awake, taking off mask/OSCAR data attached
For the past three weeks or so I've been having issues with keeping my mask on. I've been on CPAP for 2.5 years and when I put that mask on my brain would start the shutdown sequence and I was able to fall asleep pretty easily. I've been waking up completely wide awake, now able to fall right back to sleep easily so I give up and take the mask off. Attached are the last two nights I was able to stay mostly asleep with my mask on. Any insight on some things to try is appreciated

Seems like leaks are your most significant problem. Did you change masks? Are you a mouth breather?

The first thing to fix is the leaks. Your very high Leak Rate and Large Leaks prevent effective therapy and data reporting.
Run the mask fit test. Let it build to max pressure. Twitch your nose and mouth, move your head a bit. Lie in the positions you will be sleeping. Get the mask and headgear in order so that no leaks occur. Once a no or very low leak rate is achieved, then your OSCAR data will be accurate and shown significant improvement.
Using a new mask cushion and headgear may be part of the answer to getting the leaks under control.
