What are the biggest masks (full face) available?

Post by tiswazzzzz » Sun Oct 19, 2025 2:36 pm

Hi folks

What are the largest full face masks available? It seems that I not only have a huge head, but a huge face to match.

I have currently have a Resmed Airfit F20 in large, which is just too small.

My healthcare provider (I'm UK-based, so it's the NHS) gave me a Resmed Mirage Quattro, in large, saying that this was the largest available mask that they can provide, yet this is also too small (notwithstanding the fact that it is horrible to wear!).

For both, measuring myself against the template guides puts me off the scale.

I'm not in a position to just go buying masks, unfortunately, so I'm looking for any guidance / experience that people have on which masks are the largest / most suitable for those with big faces.

Hello,

Have you checked if you can try masks with any of the healthcare providers in your country?
Some here where I live let you test the mask for 3 days, and if you didn't enjoy it, you can return.
Sorry for not helping more, as I'm currently using the N30i Mask from ResMed I never tried a full face mask.

Best,

Ricardo

does it have to be a full face mask? have you considered a nasal pillow mask?

Thanks both.

I'm a mouth breather & gasper when I sleep, unfortunately.

I have tried taping, but don't tolerate that well at all - particularly if my nose is in any way blocked / restricted because of a cold / hayfever - Although I haven't tried with tape & nasal pillows.

Resmed makes a full face mask. (Think helmet face) It's call fitlife total face mask. I bought one when I had facial surgery for cancer. It fits from hairline to under chin on me. I use a small but there are larger ones. I found it to be reasonably comfortable and leak free.
