I am a side sleeper. If I roll over to sleep on my back, my back hurts for the next several days. I looked on Amazon for wedge pillows, but they all have a lot of bad reviews saying they are too soft.
Do you have anything to suggest??
Thanks,Cb

Re: Side Sleeper Support
I had much better luck with finding something to support my back when on my side when I used a bed pillow made with buckwheat hulls.
The support feels great on the back and the added weight of the hulls keeps the pillow from sliding all over the place.

Re: Side Sleeper Support
I took my first sobokawa pillow (buckwheat hull pillow) and use it like a body pillow behind me. Later on I got a mixed buckwheat hull & foam pillow for the noggin and it works pretty well. The full 100% buckwheat filling is kind of noisy for the side sleeper IMO (it doesn't sound too noisy until your ear is right on it). But it worked well enough.
