AXG sleep Diagnostics

Post by river » Mon Oct 20, 2025 9:55 am

Has anyone used this service lately. I live in Ontario. I have just been told by my sleep doctor that since my AHL is wonderful ( I have the ASL machine so why would my AHL not be perfect) but
he will not acknowledge that my flow rate diagrams I got from Oscar clearly show flow limitations and collapsing airways. We all know what it feels like where our machines do not work.
Someone please answer.

Thank you,
Elizabeth

Are there typos in your message? I'm assuming you have a ResMed ASV machine.

Get a free account at SleepHQ.com, upload the data from your machine's SD card, and then post the link to your SleepHQ account in this thread.

We need to see your data to be able to help.

(Keep your OSCAR software in case SleepHQ ever wants to charge for the basic account.)

Why do you think your AHI should be perfect?

Sleep Doctors don't micromanage the high-resolution data, in fact if your data is sent in wirelessly, they can't even see the data. They also (likely) won't use unregulated software. They don't know its accuracy or reliability.

To fine-tune AHI and related events, it takes a lot of time, this would cause Dr. time and cost to skyrocket.

Post your graphs here, and ask for advice, experienced members can comment and then you can learn to manage it yourself.
