I strongly suspect my APAP is overshooting. Does anyone have thoughts based on the link I shared? I believe I’m correct — I don’t see why it would spike with minimal flow limitation. I’ve tested higher minimum pressures (10–12), and the 95th and 99.5th percentile flow limitation values, along with the graph shading, look basically the same as at my current settings (min 6, max 15). Leaks and AHI are also similar across these minimum pressures. Essentially, the minimum pressure setting—whether 6, 10, or 12—doesn’t seem to affect outcomes, suggesting the overshooting isn’t improving anything. Thoughts?". Sometimes waking prematurely during REM and when pressure is high and then cant get back to sleep and tired throughout the day or need to take a nap later in the day

No.
Your minimum pressure is too low. APAP don't increase pressure, unless there are indicators. In your case FLs and snores.
