Can Resmed Air 10 AutoSet has its clinical menu locked?

Hi guys! Is there any possibility that if I buy a Resmed Air 10 AutoSet online that it can be locked the clinical menu? Silly question but I can see a lock icon unlocked when I enter in clinical menu of my current Resmed Air 10 Autoset that I rented. But I'm afraid to buy one with clinical menu locked (if it os even possible). Thanks a lot!

What can be locked can also be unlocked and very easily. Just a little matter of combination button pushing.

Yes! I know how to do it. What I'm afraid is if there is a way that even pressing that combination doesn't work because it is locked. Imagine a Playstation that is locked and you can only run original games. Then you need to jailbreak to be able to run non original games. Is it possible to happen or it will always unlock after pressing the combination buttons?

In well over 15 years on cpap and having owned well over a dozen machines (that I purchased privately) I have never had a machine where the secret handshake and button pushing wouldn't unlock the setup menu.

Never heard of it happening either.
There really is no reason to permanently lock that feature so that nothing works. It would defeat the whole purpose.
