CPAP is so sufficating, not working

Post by Sotiredallthetime!! » Sun Sep 14, 2025 2:07 pm

I've been on CPAP for 4 yrs, and it still isn't doing anything for me. I fall asleep all day, I feel terrible. I tell my Dr, nothing is ever done. I have Res med. What can I do? I live at 5000 ft level, trying to move away. I cant stay awake unless my body is moving. Someone please give me advise, I need help.

here's something to help you get started-

each of us is different. there is no "one size fits all" type of solution. but if you read and follow the instructions on the link above, we can start to help you.

good luck!
