AirBreak resmed S10 Airsense Elite to S10 autoset Hello all forum members, please help me

Post by rowareza » Thu Jul 31, 2025 7:38 pm

I would like someone to help me with explanations on how to put a Resmed S10 Airsense AUTOSET software and hardware on a Resmed airsense 10 ELITE, I have an ST-Link/V2 STM32 programmer and a TC2050-IDC-NL cable, I made a dump, but I didn't succeed and I already broke a Resmed Elite s10 that only starts, I have a few more Resmed elite devices, but no autoset, so I can do more tests, Thanks in advance to anyone who has the opportunity to help me. Thanks in advance

The Elite is a fixed pressure machine. It cannot be set to Autoset mode.

He's not asking how to simply set an Elite to Auto. He's asking how to firmware upgrade a ResMed Elite, effectively turning it into an AutoSet.

Because, all the Air10 devices are the same hardware, this can be done using a technique called AirBreak. Which is not trivial, nor supported.

This really isn't a practical request.

You're effectively asking somebody to take the content of https://airbreak.dev/ and rewrite it, in simple terms for you.

There are somethings that fit in the category of; if you have to ask how, you shouldn't be doing it.

There has never been much support for airbreaking on the two CPAP forums. Your best bet is to search reddit

The guy responded to me via PM, with the above rant.

And as predicted, he simply doesn't have the capacity to AirBreak a ResMed.

Of course, the impracticably of his request was completely lost on him, and he completely misunderstood my statement:
"if you have to ask how, you shouldn't be doing it."

He interpreted it as a a commentary on the ethics of AirBreaking, when the only reasonable interpretation is, a commentary on his potential ability.

I have no idea if his IP was banned because of his post, but should anyone want to "work" with him. Read his rant and then decide if you want to brick more devices with him.

This is the last time I enter this forum, I found out everything I was interested in on Reddit, now I have the firmware from the Resmed Airsense 10 Auto set and 5 or 6 firmware from ASV, I managed to Jailbreak, so any Resmed s10, elite, autoset device can be transformed into ASV or any model you want, the procedure is simple, you only need a cable and a programmer, I found exceptional people on Reddit who helped me succeed on the first try, this account was banned on my IP, only through torbrowser I managed to enter my account, probably this forum is sponsored by RESMED, and then I understand why I was banned, I am happy now, if there are others from really poor countries, let them have good hope

Wrong on both accounts.
ResMed has absolutely nothing to do with this forum and your account IP address was never banned here.
Now it might have been a victim of the unknown IP address banning but it was never banned because of your request here.
See this thread...you aren't alone.
viewtopic/t189303/Mysterious-banning-fo ... again.html
and you aren't alone in having to use a different IP addy.

Good luck to you and I am glad you found what you needed to do what you wanted to do.

Have a nice day.

For anyone else looking for instructions, look at who pointed the OP to Reddit.

(says ozij, using a vpn because something called Imperva say it banned her IP address)
