Pilot-24 Lite Medstrom

Post by kiwigirl47 » Wed Jul 02, 2025 8:07 pm

This charger works really well with my cpap machine however I seem to have broken the USB port. The prongs inside seem to be bent. I have taken it to several shops who repair similar devices but none of them can get access to the inside. I don't want to purchase and carry two battery chargers so would appreciate help. Medstrom who I have tried to contact in several countries and by different means never reply.
Any help appreciated. I will be in the California for August 2025 so an address there would be great.

I'll bite.

What is a Pilot-24 Lite Medstrom?

A charger of some sort I gather. Why are you using a charger instead of the power 'brick' that came with your CPAP machine?

Why would you need to carry two battery chargers?

And why two identical posts?

It takes less time to do a thing right than to explain why you did it wrong.

The main role of your Pilot is battery backup, the fact that you could also use it to charge your phone a convenience.

Give you have tried to contact Medistrom several times, and they won't respond, why would you want to leave it with them.

A second phone charger, is no big deal.
