how to import cpap data from sd card to pc

Im having trouble uploading the data from my dreamstation 1 sd card to oscar on my pc. When I hit the cpap data importer it gives me a pop up window which says find your sd card and it asks me to find it by clicking on path. I go to my philps data folder in documents and it wont work. What am I doing wrong?

Never mind I had the sd card in upside down and it wasnt registering
