Has anyone ordered from them successfully? Its a canadian site. They have the s9 auto with humidifier for 799 CDN. Please let me know if you have used them in the past. I am interested if they process the warranty in the event of machine problems. Thanks in advance!

CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines carry a manufacturer warranty. If your machine malfunctions, call our office at 1-800-986-6451 to verify the machine is still under warranty. If so, please call us to arrange the return. Warranty claim decisions are provided at the discretion of the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office. Repair or replacement of the broken machine can take up to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer.

I've seen this. I was just curious as to people who have experienced dealing with them. I've called them three times and it goes directly to voicemail saying that they couldn't take my call and to leave a message and that they would "get back" to me in two business days. That was last week. I'm in Vancouver so I may just go with clinical sleep. Or maybe order from second wind.

I order from this one in Surrey, BC. They respond via email fairly quickly and have provided excellent service so far including returns. The prices are amazing compared to my DME: $100 dollars for a mask the DME charges $360 for and $899 for a machine the DME charges $3500 for. They also have a Brick and Mortar store, but I am in the next province over so I haven't been there.
