I am experimenting with new equipment after using M-Series for 17 years.
How am I doing?

By the numbers, this looks good. You could raise your minimum by .5 or 1 just to see whether that helps to head off some of your (few) OAs and Hs, but you could also just leave your settings where they are if this chart is typical.
The real questions are these: How soundly are you sleeping? Do you feel rested during the day? If the answer to both is "yes," maybe don't mess with success.
I do also want to ask whether your machine is a reconditioned, given all the issues in the Philips recall.

Thank you! I think I will give it more time for me to adjust to this machine and watch the data. It is a "Recertified" unit that had 4 hours on it. The foam issue recall does not include DreamStation 2s that have a different foam, although there is a FDA Safety Warning it might catch on fire.

Catch on fire -- yikes! But at least you're not breathing in bad stuff. Wait and watch is a good approach. Don't forget to factor in "subjective" data. When the numbers are good, what matters most is how well-rested you feel.

It was the DS 1 that got recalled, not the DS 2!

I thought that Philips was not selling (or otherwise distributing) new CPAP machines in the US!

His was a "Recertified" unit that had 4 hours on it". No one mentioned that the Dreamstation 2 was recalled, but there is info that should be shared about the formaldehyde levels.

Thank you all for that valuable information. My new Dreamstation 2 is reported by Philips to have "safe" levels of formaldehyde.

Georgio,
You are welcome, I wanted you to have enough info to make a safe decision. I am so disappointment with Phillips. I used their machines from 2018 to July 2024.

DS 2 "recertified?" There is no "fix" for this machine that they can make.
I have no issue with DS2. No bad smells, no fires. I didn't smell anything bad or see any particles with the DS1 either.
I will not be getting a Philips machine next time, even if I can. I have no confidence in the company, despite not have any bad personal experience.
