Wedge pillow helpful for nasal congestion issues?
I tried using a wedge pillow in the past but it still made my neck sore in the AM. I also tried using a pillow over the wedge pillow so I wouldn't be so elevated. Anyone have a good experience using a wedge pillow and is it ok to use another pillow on top of the wedge pillow for comfort?

If things work for YOU, then I can't imagine why anyone would criticize.

It's better to elevate the head of the bed with 4-inch blocks. You can find them on eBay and Amazon. They are called "bed risers".sleepingbetter0209 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 08, 2024 9:42 amI tried using a wedge pillow in the past but it still made my neck sore in the AM. Maybe you need to use saline nasal rinses or nasal sprays like Nascort?
Depending on the severity of the congestion, see an ENT.

Are you congested only at night or is it an all the time thing? If it's only at night you may get different suggestions.
