Aromatherapy may help CPAP compliance. Lavender, Mandarin, Chamomile, and Sweet Marjoram aid in relaxation and sleep. Nature's Gift has these and a blend of all four called SleepEase.

It is very generic but very well put.
Any info like this that can spread awareness is good value.

I agree with DSM.
Also, it is an 'easy read', for those new to the subject.
I'm curious if there are studies being done, and FDA-approved medications 'in the works' for Central Sleep Apnea.

Worse Than Spamming!
Nah, you're a spammer. Running the Pay-Per-Click scheme may be technically one step removed from spamming, but you're a spammer.chris_3503 wrote:Well i am not a spammer like other people
And while bumping your post up is what you're trying to do (and me apparently contributing to that), cause it'll drop more rupees into your CPC Piggy Bank, I think it's more important to make sure everyone becomes aware on how the scam works. Namely, a link to a piece of credible information is posted in a blog or website which is then surrounded by ads and adlinks, all of which you get your revenue from. I personally find the practice distasteful because of the hypocrisy ("I'm here to help". Right.)
You don't know a lot about how IPs work, do you?chris_3503 wrote:SAG i don’t know any marvin but i have seen his postings, did u check out that sleep test posting?

Welcome Back, Spammer!!!
Well, I don't know what "it" is. I suppose in an open forum, we all have an equal right to be here. You're posting links to a scam, and I'm simply bringing attention to the fact that you're posting links to a scam.chris_3503 wrote:well now its up to u sag
Denying that you and marvin aren't one and the same kinda sealed that, since you're both running the same IP. Which makes it beyond a matter of trust, it's more like you're a lyin' sack.u dont trust on my words
But we can keep that our little secret. I won't tell anybody. I won't tell anybody.
WOO-HOO!!! JOHNNY!!! HE'S DOING IT AGAIN!!!! POSTING LINKS TO HIS PPC SITE!!!! BEAT HIM UP, JOHNNY!!!
Like hell I won't.
Regards back.

and everyone is a sleep expert that puts up a website, I guess all those commerical sponsor links found on your website have no influence whatsoever on your humble decision to help the world.chris_3503 wrote:Hello Sag,
I don’t know wats your problem sag, infact in your earlier replies you said, that website belongs to me and now you are saying posting links blah blah blah. Listen sag i am providing valuable information for forum members & nobody was pointing about me expect you. If you dont like my postings then don't interfere in them.

chris
