Dreamwear cushion airflow pauses
I've been a cushion user for years but recently I've been have events once or twice a week that are calling the system into question for me. I'll be lying on my back in a deeper state of sleep when I'm awakened by a pause in my airflow at the beginning of an inhalation. The cushion throbs and kind of buckles, feeling almost like it has collapsed, which doesn't really seem possible. I can only imagine it as a kind of freak pressure event that creates a sudden vacuum. It'll sometimes do it a second time when I'm more awake and there are time when it seems to almost do it, with the cushion wavering and fluttering a bit, but not failing.... I have no idea, but it is very bad and leaves me so far with the option of trying another face mask system, which I don't really want to do since I've had long established success with the Dreamwear cushion. I've tried a pillow to no success. I've changed out all my gear twice so it's not because the cushion is old. This is using a Resmed Airsense 10 auto. Flow at 6-20 and EPR at 1.

Without data, we can only guess. Instructions for OSCAR are in my signature.

OK. Thanks for the Oscar information. I'm looking at the data but do not know what to make of it. Should I somehow share it with you?
