Is this the place you were looking at pics?
Should be a place to put in the serial # of your device to register it if it is part of the recall.
Just be sure you are not using the serial # of the humidifier.

I read all their instructions carefully and entered the serial number of my machine or looked at a list of serial numbers that they published. I don't recall which.

Might be time to revisit to make sure you are putting in the correct S/N.

The machine is indeed on the recall list.

I rechecked it and it's on the list now. I checked carefully in 2021 and it wasn't on it. Of course someone could have made a mistake, but I remember being very careful and reading the directions.

Yes, I did, as I mentioned earlier in this thread.
And don't assume I didn't enter it correctly the first time. If Philips is incapable of listing the actual model numbers and names that are on their machines, they are probably not great at serial numbers either.
